Service Policy

All returns for service must be shipped freight prepaid.

Following service, units will be shipped with service and return shipping charges COD unless other arrangements are made.  Units returned for service outside the US must have all charges for service and shipping paid prior to return shipment.

Repairs not covered by warranty are performed by the factory on a time and material basis.
